激光开封机的应用：
随着铜线、银线及其他合金线在半导体塑封产品中的大量应用，由于强酸会对这些材料造成较大的损伤，传统的化学开封方法已经无法适应，于是激光开封机开始成为塑封产品开封的不二选择，而且激光开封机有着速度快，可控性好等优点，越来越多的失效分析实验室将激光开封机作为选择设备。
激光开封机的原理：
如同市场上普遍应用的激光打标，激光切割一样，激光开封也是利用激光所具有的高能量将材料熔化。激光开封机把电子产品外部的塑封材料熔化并由抽风设备将产生的烟尘吸走，从而露出芯片内部的材料。从激光器发出的激光经过软件控制的振镜，对设定的区域进行开封。
